King County Flood & Restoration

Terms of Service

What we are, and what we're not

King County Flood & Restoration is a referral service. We connect homeowners with independent, licensed restoration professionals who serve King County. We are not a restoration contractor. We do not perform, supervise, or warrant any restoration work, and we are not a party to any agreement you make with a crew you reach through this site.

How the service works

When you submit a request, we route it to a qualified independent crew who covers your area. That crew contacts you directly. Any estimate, price, schedule, or warranty is between you and the crew. You are free to accept or decline their terms, and to seek other quotes.

No charge to you

Using this site and requesting a callback is free. You/insurance pay the crew, and you pay only after you agree to the work.

Your responsibilities

Disclaimers

The service is provided as-is. We don't guarantee that a crew will be available for every request, in every location, or at every hour. We make a good-faith effort to connect you with a licensed local pro, but the quality of any work is the responsibility of the crew who performs it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, King County Flood & Restoration is not liable for any damages arising from work performed by an independent crew, from a crew's failure to perform, or from your use of this site.

Changes

These terms may be updated; the current version is posted here. Last updated October 2026.
