King County Flood & Restoration

What this site is

King County Flood & Restoration is a referral service. Neither we nor anyone on this site performs restoration work; instead, we forward your emergency to an independent flood, mold, or fire crew that already serves the towns we list. Each request reaches exactly one contractor, who is also the person who phones you back.

Why we exist in this form: water damage is a category where buyers can hardly tell good operators from bad ones before the invoice arrives. Search results for "flood cleanup near me" skew toward brands that rank because they spend, not because they dry better. Some of those names are national franchises; others are directories or brokers earning a fee each time a number is dialed. Because our revenue comes from the crews that join the network, not from selling the same lead twice, we can afford to hand you off without an auction for your basement.

Three commitments, stated plainly so you can hold us to them:

Our coverage follows the county line: Seattle's neighborhoods, the Eastside, the South King County corridor, and the Snoqualmie Valley and plateau towns. Not sure about your address? Submit anyway; we'd rather say "no one covers that stretch yet" than pretend otherwise.
