King County Flood & Restoration

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information we collect and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what you give us so a local restoration crew can contact you, we share it with that crew for that purpose, and we don't sell your information to anyone else.

What we collect

How we use it

Who we share it with

The independent restoration professional we connect you with; that's the point of the service. We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it with anyone else for their marketing.

How long we keep it

Lead records (your request, contact details, call recordings) are kept while they're useful for operating the business, typically no more than two years, then deleted or anonymized. Server logs rotate out sooner.

Your choices

Contact us any time to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Requests made through the contact form or by phone reach the right place.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version gets posted here with a new date. Last updated October 2026.
